Founded by UK-based trio Above & Beyond over twenty years ago, globally renowned electronic music labels Anjunabeats and Anjuandeep are responsible for breaking some of the industry’s biggest electronic music acts like Ben Böhmer, Tinlicker, Lane 8, Mat Zo, and Andrew Bayer – and developing rising stars like Eli & Fur, CRi, Marsh, Qrion and more. Alongside their recent ambient imprint Reflections, the Anjuna label family covers the full spectrum of electronic music from ambient and electronica through house, breakbeat and melodic techno and trance.
Working with our Anjunabeats, Anjunadeep and Reflections label teams, you will be the ultimate team assistant. You will have the opportunity to interact with staff across multiple departments, but primarily you will be assisting our Product Managers with day-to-day duties around music product releases, as well as assisting our Operations team with the smooth running of our London office.
This is a fast-paced role where you will be required to juggle multiple projects at once, adhering to tight deadlines in accordance with our busy release schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to understand the inner workings of a record label, and is an ideal role for someone with a passion for energetic dance music who is eager to get their start in the music industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Responsibilities:
- Managing the office front desk, including inbound phone calls and transfers
- Answering the door, greeting guests, receiving deliveries
- Delivering post, sending parcels, organising mailouts and couriers
- Assisting with vendor/supplier relations (ie office delivery services)
- Ensuring the kitchen is stocked, organised and clean throughout the day
- Organising and managing office product stock (merchandise, CD/vinyl, hardware etc)
Label Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the overall preparation, marketing and reporting of music releases
- Filing and organising audio and visual assets within our server & cloud-sharing services (Google Drive, DISCO)
- Inputting data/links into our release schedule and keeping relevant areas up to date
- Researching, booking and helping to run relevant label marketing events, shoots & content days
- Managing & optimising video and audio uploads on YouTube and SoundCloud
- Researching streaming and sales data and compiling reports using tools like FUGA, Chartmetric, Songstats, and DSP backends
- Taking minutes during team meetings and managing the task lists for product managers
- Briefing and creating social media assets to assist in the marketing of releases
- Basic video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Basic graphic editing tasks using Adobe Photoshop
- Basic audio editing tasks using Ableton Live

- Proficient computer and software skills (Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Gmail)
- Proficient knowledge of DSPs and their basic functionality (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube, Soundcloud, Beatport)
- Basic audio and video editing skills are preferable but not required (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Ableton / Logic Pro) – you can learn on the job!
