Quicke, the Managing Director of Ninja Tune, takes up the position with immediate effect and replaces Tim Dellow of Transgressive, who was named Chair in June 2017.

The company now has offices in London, Los Angeles and Montreal and acts as an umbrella for imprints such as the Flying Lotus-founded Brainfeeder, an Werkdiscs, founded by Actress.
