Music Publisher

Imagem was a Netherlands-based music publishing company founded and run by Andre de Raaff.

It was founded in 2008 with dual stakeholders: the Dutch company Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, one of the world’s biggest pension funds, alongside indie publisher CP Masters BV.

Imagem was sold to Concord in 2017, in a deal which brought over 250,000 copyrights to Concord.

Sources suggest Concord paid over $550 million to acquire Imagem, whose catalog included songs by Mark Ronson, Phil Collins, and Daft Punk.

Concord’s Imagem buy included the acquisition of both Rodgers & Hammerstein and Boosey & Hawkes catalogs.Music Business Worldwide
