Title: Finance Manager
Hours: 2 days per week, 6 months fixed term
Location: London SE1
Salary: £17-20k p/a dependent on experience (£42.5k – £60k FTE)
Flexible and remote working options available (must be UK-based)

The role
We’re looking for an experienced, versatile Finance Manager to join our team for two days a week on a 6 month fixed-term contract (with possibility to extend or become permanent).
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full range of SUPERNATURE’s day-to-day finance functions from processing payments to preparing management accounts to improving our finance systems.
What you’ll do:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable including processing invoices and payments, raising sales invoices and credit control
- Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage payroll including wage payments, PAYE reporting and pension reporting
- Prepare commission and recharge statements for our managed artists
- Perform monthly reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of data and post relevant journals
- Support the Head of Finance in producing management accounts and presenting them to the executive team
- Prepare and file VAT returns and manage our Companies House records
- Collaborate with and supervise our external royalty accounting team in the production and payment of royalty statements
- Assist our external accountants in preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
- Oversee insurance renewals
- Drive continuous improvement of our accounting practices
- Ensure our finance systems and processes are meticulously documented
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience finance management (music or entertainment related a significant bonus)
- Qualified or part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A confident communicator with ability to speak assuredly with multiple stakeholders and represent the business externally
