Carly Mann has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Marketing, at Three Six Zero, the management home of MK, Calvin Harris, Nicky Jam and Fraser T Smith.
Mann has been “instrumental” in overseeing campaign strategy at the company, it says, and played a fundamental role in global marketing campaigns for WILLOW and Jaden (Smith), and for Calvin Harris in a managerial and marketing capacity.
Last year, Mann and her team were responsible for leading the marketing campaign in support of WILLOW’s lately I feel EVERYTHING album, which earned WILLOW a certified Gold record and a Top 5 single at Alternative radio with t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l feat. Travis Barker.
Meet Me At Our Spot from WILLOW’s project, The Anxiety with Tyler Cole, reached No.21 on Billboard‘s Hot 100 singles chart, No.10 on the UK’s OCC singles chart, and Top 15 at Top 40 radio.
In 2019, Three Six Zero acquired Westbrook, Will Smith’s talent management company.
In 2021, Mann oversaw the release of Calvin Harris’s 27th Top 10 UK record, By Your Side feat. Tom. Grennan, as well as releases from Love Regenerator, Calvin’s house music project.
Mann also contributed to Harris becoming the first electronic artist to be featured in the Apple Fitness+ Artist Spotlight Series.
Mann joined Three Six Zero in 2015 as part of Calvin Harris’s management team, and later became Head of Marketing in 2018.
Before joining Three Six Zero, Mann worked in management at The Firm and Prospect Park, working with artists such as Jane’s Addiction and Ice Cube, among others.
